Fix Slayer

Fix Slayer. The xp rate is way too fast. I got 99 slayer in like 2 and a half tasks. Plus, since there is the 2x slayer ring, nobody will buy it because slayer is already fast. So I am just suggesting to lower Slayer xp rates.

It's a good idea, and it will draw in more people that want to get the x2 ring.
